What we're trying to achieve with retour
Retour is a visual feedback SaaS that brings an elegant, Figma-like commenting experience to any website. Our goal is to achieve near-zero friction in the feedback process, whether you're a client, a designer, a PM, or a developer.
We've had too many experiences where the feedback process is messy and slow with a lot of back and forth using emails and screenshots. You know how it goes.
Feedback with retour will be as simple as clicking and writing your comment. For developers, checking our your favorite issue tracker, whether it's github, linear or any other one will suffice. Retour will provide a screenshot, the comment and all the needed context, even custom.
As of today, I, Jordan J, the founder, am the only one oficially working on retour. But I'm not truly alone. I have a few friends that are helping me out with the development and design.
For now, the company is 100% bootstrapped. We hope to keep it that way for a while to focus on the product and the community.
